@cosmic_kani DNA Reconstruction vs. Facing The Shadow Self
An unbalanced heart is an unbalanced being. In these experiences that we are having, it is essential that one constantly cleanses one's DNA. This can be done by staring into the abyss of your eyes via meditation, linking you to the subconscious or the first mind. The conscious mind and the subconscious are one entity; they work simultaneously. There is no separation, all is one and that is a fact.
These different planes of existence -planets- are one planet in different evolutionary states, just like how the mental body and astro body are one etheric body with multiple aspects.
When one goes through something traumatic in this matrix experience they are indoctrinated into the notion of moving on until they can no longer sense the trauma. What is really happening is that you are installing these traumatic experiences into your genetic DNA via your subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is linked with the DNA, the brain is a computer. Personally, I’ve noticed my brain gets chaotic when I’m not in constant meditation, but I have to establish order over the chaos. Your brain is the house of consciousness, it is an advanced computer. To meditate and face your shadow self; releasing the traumas from the subconscious are simply cleaning out your computer and cleansing/reconstructing your DNA.
Shadow work is essential, attachments are what keep us in “hell”- there is no such thing as light without darkness, your DNA is it’s own instrument that exists physically and energetically. It is what manifests you into existence, so, if your DNA is damaged you too are damaged.
The universe meets you halfway, if you are not in tune with self you are not in tune with the universe.
It is about beaming the light upon the darkness to make you less dense. Self mastery is an essential aspect of the healing journey.
